If US2A Training Associates, LLC cancels or reschedules your class, we will gladly refund your class fee or apply it towards the next class that fits your schedule; it is your choice.

If you have to cancel the seat in your scheduled class Please, contact us by phone at 585-233-0447 or by email at us2atraining@gmail.com and include your full name and contact phone number.

If you cancel 72 hours or more prior to your class start time we will offer you a seat in our next scheduled class. No cash refunds.

If you cancel less than 72 hours and more than 48 hours prior to your class start time, we will offer you a one-time credit for 50% of the cost of the class. No cash refunds. You will be required to pay the remaining 50% upon re-registering. If you cancel the credited class, no credit will be offered.

If you do not notify us of your cancellation prior to 48 hours before your class start time or fail to attend your class there is no credit.
